Equinoxe Equestrian is currently upgrading this area of our training and will be launching a whole new revised and expanded training for riders this coming year.
Built from the success of our Bronze Course and the personal guidance of Catherine Birmingham and her belief and philosophy of each persons potential, we will be launching a new program for riders to run all year long, giving everyone the opportunity to participate in becoming the greatest rider they desire to be.
Each section involving, lunging classes, meditation, yoga and breathing all compliment eachother providing a balanced approach to your training which builds you towards your goals with clarity and vision, from the inside out. We train riders to become independent, confident, focused and goal orientated. Empowering them to be the creators of their own life, to dream big and enjoy life through riding.
Programs running will be lunge lessons, private lessons, group lessons, meditation, yoga, our popular Bronze Course and much more...
